      Camps, etc.

The reason our consignment program can benefit you tremendously is because it is designed with you in mind.  There is no risk inventory.  You only pay for the items sold and you return the rest along with the payment for the items that you did sell.

We require a two week notice prior to your scheduled event during the months of June –September and a three week notice between the months of October – May.

We do require 2 valid credit card numbers on file before any shipment is made.  The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees involved.

Upon the arrival of the merchandise we require that you do an inventory count on the inventory form that will be enclosed.  You are required to notify us instantaneously if there are any inconsistencies in the count.

At the conclusion of your special event, you will be responsible for counting the remaining inventory.  The inventory form is to be completed and mailed back to Southern Apparel along with the unsold merchandise and the full payment for merchandise sold.  Southern Apparel expects to have the unsold merchandise back at its warehouse within 10 business days from the end of your event.

A non-refundable late fee of 5% will be applied and all balances due will be charged to the credit card provided.  If payment and merchandise are not received within 12 business days after your special event no returns will be accepted.
